What is the best free website hosting site? 10pts best answer?
examples: freewebs, and homestead. Don't use the 2 i just mentioned because they both are terrible. I want a website where I don't need to know html but if i learn it later i can implement it into my site. I also want to have a lot of options for backgrounds, start up templates, video uploads
